Love the location as it’s quiet and secluded. Close enough to main attractions like Dollywood and The Island but far enough for relaxing. There was 10 of us, 4 of them below the age of 13 and we were never overcrowded and the pool table, ski table, theatre room was perfect for entertainment. When we come back to Pigeon Forge, we will most likely rent this spot again.

Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful review. It’s wonderful to hear that the location gave you both peace and easy access to fun nearby attractions. We’re especially glad the space and amenities made it comfortable and entertaining for your whole group. It would be a joy to welcome you back when your travels bring you to Pigeon Forge again.
Really did love how secluded the property was it was beautiful. Some of the lights didn’t work. And it seemed like the place had not been cleaned for a while there were a lot of bugs and dust inside. We also felt rushed to leave because cleaning showed up in the drive way at 9:20 am before check out.

We’re so glad you loved how secluded and beautiful the property felt, that’s one of our favorite parts too. We sincerely appreciate you letting us know about the lights, cleanliness concerns, and the early cleaning arrival, as that’s not the experience we want for any guest. We’ll be addressing those issues carefully with our team. We hope to have you back soon thank you
They saved us we were a little early for check in because we got drenched from rain and storms at water park. And they let us in a little early, everything thing we had was all wet, literally saved us. Great customer service very awesome. The property was great very private, gated . Lots of cool areas to hang out. The theater basement was so cool and comfortable. All the games so much fun for the grandkids. We enjoyed the fire pit and did s’mores. Some of the upstairs could use more lighting in the master bedroom , a little dark in some areas.I realize this property is out in the woods and you could see doing so many things to try to keep in check. But many bug in and around the house, large flys often in the house. But they did as best as they could with many traps to keep at a minimum. The property was great, the company had great service. Wonderful communication on directions. Would rent again.

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughtful experience with us! We’re genuinely glad our team could get you settled in early and that you and your family enjoyed the theater, games, and fire pit together. We truly appreciate your helpful notes about lighting and the challenges of being tucked away in the woods, and we’ll keep working on making things even more comfortable. Hope to have you come back for more fun family memories!
