ELEVATOR building of the very desirable complex of Magnolia Place ON the Golf Course in Myrtlewood.
*2nd floor + elevator
*Very centrally located and only 2 miles to the beach!
* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*Pets are NOT allowed
The Space:
*1 bedroom, 1 bath, Very spacious condo.
* 1 King bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. *Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are NOT allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Pool key is photographed before each stay. There is a $100 fine for lost/broken pool key.
*Please review my house rules.

The unit is exactly as pictured and described in the listing, and I strive to provide an accurate representation of the space. I always encourage guests to reach out with any questions or issues so I can assist in real-time, but unfortunately, I was not contacted. Had I known, I would have been happy to provide TV instructions and recommendations for local attractions and dining.
