Enjoy stainless steel appliances, stunning marble countertops, and designer vanities throughout this beautifully appointed four-level home, including a spacious top-level master suite with a large deck/patio.
Sleeping Arrangements:
BR1: Master bedroom on the upper level with a queen bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and access to a large deck with seating and a coffee table.
BR2: Second upper-level bedroom with a queen-size bed.
BR3: Second upper-level bedroom with a full-size bed.
BR4: Lower level den with a twin daybed and a twin pull-out trundle bed, accommodating two guests.
Note: Any children's amenities (e.g., baby bath or high chair) must be requested prior to check-in for set-up upon arrival.
Main Level:
Cozy living room with a smart TV, seamlessly flowing into the open chef's kitchen, complete with a spacious island and stools for up to four guests. Modern kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Outdoor deck with grill (guests are responsible for filling the gas tank and cleaning the grill after use).

Third Upper Level: Features the master bedroom with a queen bed and a spacious deck with an outdoor sofa set (smoking permitted outdoors using the designated ashtray only). En-suite bathroom includes dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a shower.
Lower Level:
Den area (considered 4th bedroom) featuring a twin daybed and a pull-out twin trundle bed.
Full bathroom.
Entertainment:
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and TiVo 4K streaming, allowing you to log into your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and YouTube.
Parking:
One designated parking space in the driveway (garage not included or accessible). Additional free street parking is available within a short walking distance.
SELF-CHECK-IN ENABLED:
We offer contactless check-in procedures. A door code will be provided prior to check-in for a smooth arrival experience.
TRANSPORTATION:
The DC streetcar stops are less than half a mile away, making it just a few minutes' drive or about a 15-minute walk. The streetcar operates free of charge daily along the H Street Corridor. Stadium Armory and Union Station Metro stations are both approximately one mile from the home.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
A starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, one roll of paper towels, two garbage bags, and starter-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom, as well as hand soap at every sink. Please bring any additional supplies you may need during your stay; nearby supermarkets available for convenience.

1. Purpose of Rental: This property is strictly for lodging purposes only. Absolutely NO parties or gatherings are allowed. Quiet hours are strictly enforced daily from 11 PM to 8 AM.
2. Guest Registration: All guests occupying the home, including visitors, must be indicated in the reservation. Violations of this rule will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund for the remaining days.
3. Surveillance: For guest safety, external cameras are installed facing the exterior front and back alley of the home. This may be used to review occupancy violations reported.
4. Local Booking Restriction: Individuals residing within a 60-mile radius are not eligible to book this home. Please message us with any questions regarding this policy.
AGE RESTRICTION:
You must be 25 years of age or older at the time of booking to reserve this property. Valid government-issued photo ID is required prior to check-in.
VALID PHOTO ID:
Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. Door codes will not be dispatched until the ID is received.
SMOKING POLICY:
No smoking inside the home. A smoke damage cleaning fee may apply.
PETS:
No pets are allowed on the property without prior written authorization from the host. Guests who bring pets without approval will be in violation of house rules and will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
Trash Disposal:
Please place bagged trash and recyclables in the designated bins at the front of the home. No loose garbage should be left outside.
