A cosy and comfortable loft apartment, entirely panelled with wood and furnished with traditional local furniture, cherished by the owners, who spend their holidays there every year and make it more and more enjoyable. Two large windows open onto the balcony, offering a beautiful view of the valley and the Grandes Murailles. In fact, it’s located in a quiet and peaceful village, 100 metres above the town centre, off the main road where buses and shuttles pass through Cervinia. It is 1.3 km from the town centre (a 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive) and 1.8 km from the ski lifts (a 4-minute drive).
The house is exceptionally welcoming, cosy, and warm in every way. The room, with hardwood floors, is very spacious and allows everyone to enjoy the afternoon without disturbing one another. It features two double sofa beds, two armchairs, and a large fold-out table. Kitchenette with induction burners, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, counter and dining area, microwave, and American-style coffee maker. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and cooking appliances. Satellite TV (BBC, France, Al Jazeera, cartoon channels...). Unlimited Wi-Fi. Adjacent to the living room is a small loft with a double bed and two single beds. Popular with children, this space is invaluable and practical. Alternatively, the four beds can be set up in the living room. The bathroom has a large window and is fully equipped with a bidet and shower.
During the winter season, Valtournenche—part of the Valtournenche-Cervinia-Zermatt region—offers many downhill slopes. In Torgnon and Champleve, there are beautiful cross-country trails, and in Cervinia, there is a cross-country ski trail in a beautiful, sunny location.
During the summer holidays, you can ski on the Plateau Rosa, go hiking or mountain biking on the numerous trails, or enjoy a picnic area in Champleve (3 km, 6 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot) in Cheneil, Torgnon, and other neighbouring towns; take advantage of the well-equipped area around Lake Maen; or hike to the peaks surrounding the Matterhorn. Cervinia features a golf course and a playground.
