I found body hair in the sheets and comforter upon arrival, the private balcony had a camera pointed right at us , a camera with sound I believe, it was super uncomfortable to have a camera in your face, made me not want to spend time on the balcony! I didn’t see anywhere in the listing that a camera would be on the private balcony. I contacted the host and asked if I could unplug it and the host replied absolutely not that he had the right to monitor his private property! Ok well i have a right not to come back and spend my money, hopefully nobody wlse gets surprised by this surveillance device!
Camera on the balcony enjoy the view while the host watches and listen s to you!
The camera is positioned in such a way that no privacy can be enjoyed on the private balcony!

We absolutely loved the view of the Gulf from the Balcony. The unit was wonderful and a much better bargain than a hotel. Being the last Condo Complex on the Blvd provided an unobstructed view of sunsets. Hope to visit again soon!

Overall a great unit. There are a couple small things that I think would go a long way in making this a 5 starGood:Modern and updatedTop floor with good viewResponsive hostEverything looked and smelled cleanNot as goodLighting - all the lights were so cold colored that it sometimes felt like we were in florescent lighting. Just need to change the bulbs to be a little less harsh. Even the light over the bathroom mirror was adjustable but was set to the coldest color Bed frame - it wasn’t a box frame it was like a metal frame with springs and it was fairly loud and creaky.TVs to highThe 2 TV’s are mounted so incredibly high it’s almost comical. The top of the tv basically touches the ceiling. Other than the small things it was a great unit. Would stay again.

Relaxing vacation

The condo was very nice. Looks like it was recently renovated or updated. Small but had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Not right on the beach but only about a 3 minute walk away. But you can still see the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much!
