This TOP FLOOR Ocean view condo Has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. It will comfortably sleep 6 adults plus children. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed with master ensuite full bathroom with jetted tub and stand up shower.

The main bathroom has tub/shower combination. This condo is "A" and "B" together. The "A" Side has the master bedroom with balcony, big living room with queen pull out couch bed, kitchen, washer and dryer. "B" Side has the main bathroom, Queen bed and double bed pull out couch with small balcony. There is a door that can be closed off if needed.

There is a tankless hot water system for this condo!

Walk out onto your balcony to see beautiful ocean views with the "big rock" outfront, restaurant, spa,outdoor hot tub, indoor pool and playground are right near by this condo.


Beautiful evening sunsets and walk on ocean front beaches; The Club fee pays for the use of: Pacific Shores has an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor hot tub, kid's pool, GYM, 2 gas fire pits and a communal outdoor deck area. children's playground, Paddle board/ kayaks available in the summer months, Volleyball, bocce ball and pickle ball courts. There are 15 beautiful acres of gardens and trails along Craig Bay. You will find beach access, walking trails and multiple communal BBQ and seating areas around the property offering spectacular Ocean views! The SPA and RESTAURANT is open all year round. There are endless things to do! Parksville is 7 km away and Nanaimo is 32 km away.

This is a beautiful resort with tons to do onsite. The beach access is spectacular. The pull out beds weren't very comfortable but the rest of the accommodation was good

We had a lovely stay with our family! This resort really suits our needs-barbecues were handy for cooking, paddle boards and kayaks were so nice on the water every afternoon, the outdoor fire tables in the evening, and the walking paths/beaches throughout the day. I had amazing stay in this spacious suite at this lovely resort. The suite has a fantastic lay out, very comfortable and everything I needed for a long stay (7 weeks)The suite has a fantastic view of the water. I enjoyed spending time watching ducks diving for food, seagulls flying about, eagles passing by, geese and the occasional crane.I enjoyed the jetted soaker tub in the ensuite bathroom and the comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Very quiet in general and especially at night. I can be a light sleeper but I slept great every night, never awoken once by any noise.I took advantage of some of the resort amenities as well such as the workout gym, indoor pool and outdoor hot tub.All clean and easily accessible.I also took advantage of the lovely waterfront and both leisurely strolls along the water as well as longer hikes through the wooded trails that connect from the waterfront located directly in front of the suite.Dahlia, the contact for the suite, was very friendly to deal with and extremely responsive through text communication.Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Parksville Dream Vacation

Was the best holiday ever! Unit was fabulous and spacious and had everything we needed! Our grandchildren from Ontario had the best time exploring the beach at low tide and swimming when it came back in. Indoor pool and hot tub were awesome! Our host Dahlia was wonderful! We will be back for sure and hopefully before next summer. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Overall the apartment was great. The decor is dated. We found the air quality poor. The only window that opens is in the kitchen and the patio doors. We closed the window and patio doors at night for security reasons and the air was very stuffy. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We don’t smoke! We all woke in the morning with headaches.
