Welcome to our holiday home!
Private area outside on the ground floor with dinner table under a pergola with grapes, lounge furniture under an awning, a barbecue for charcoal. On our roof, private, there is another pergola with dinner table, an outdoor kitchen and a gas barbecue. On the other end of the roof there are sunbeds, a shower and a lounge furniture.
We have air conditioning in all rooms, radiators in all rooms, free wireless wifi
The view is stunning!!

Bedroom 1 - double bed 160 x 200 with drawers under. One wardrobe

Beautiful townhome with stunning views, large patios for outdoor living. Easy to communicate with the owner and the onsite contact was very helpful and kindly got us setup. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and some basic supplies. Enjoyed walking to the beach and also the train station for fresh croissants and gelato. Perfect stay!

Great Familyvacation

Simply amazing !

The villa is extremely well located, the beach , town , surroundings make you want to come back. The owners are very easy to communicate with. Tropea and Pizzo are certainly worth to visit as well.

Lovely home close to beaches, restaurants, bars etc. Beach is a 5 minute walk away. Beautiful beaches of Tropea 15 min drive away. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms all good size for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. Comfortable beds. 2 large patio with sitting areas, tables for dining, a bbq and beautiful views. The only complaint we had was there were a lot of ants on the patio and coming through the patio door into the main living area. Other than the ants, we were happy with this rental property.

Glad you enjoyed your stay and that you felt comfortable with everything! The ants can be too many in wrong places in all warm countries and needs too be taken care of. I´m sorry they got so many for you and we never had them inside! Maybe you had dropped food/crumbs on the floor? They are specialist in finding food and drinks! It´s easy to keep the ants away and I hope you found the pouder in our house to put out and kept them away. I have asked the gardener to keep an extra eye for the ants futher on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here The house is very well maintained and equipped. The photos on line are very representative of the actual house . There are 4 different terraces including a large rooftop one that has an outdoor kitchen . The view of the sea and the sunsets were great There is good parking within this small gated condo The host that met us lives in the development speaks perfect English and answered all our questions about the area - she’s very sweet We were there mid October and many of the restaurants and hotels had already closed for the season - good news!!! No crowds

Lovely vacation

The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, lots of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. The charcoal BBQ was fun to cook on. Comfortable beds with lots of linen. Large outdoor living area with a table to seat 8 people (the upper level was much the same as the lower). The view from the patio areas was spectacular looking over the sea, you could see Tropea and occasionally spot Stromboli, depending on the weather. We would recommend having a car as shopping in Zambrone is limited and it is approximately 12 km. to Tropea. The owner was very responsive to any questions. Would happily stay there again.

A little heaven nestled between the hills and the sea.

This is what we would call a beach house; designed for outside entertainment as it is smaller for inside entertaining, but it made it the perfect spot for respite. Nestled between the hills and the water, the sunset did not disappoint. Annelli made it easy to communicate during our stay, although we did not need her too much. Recommend for a younger, more mobile family. We traveled with an elderly person who was limited to the first floor. All comforts were available except for the sunset on the top terrace. As to the location - a quaint little town with all you need and then nestled between Tropea and Pizzo for the sights! Highly recommend!

An Incredible Stay in Zambrone

Our experience here was outstanding from start to finish. The host was exceptionally responsive, answering all our questions promptly. The property itself was spotless, very comfortable, beautifully appointed, and offered breathtaking views. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.One minor challenge was parking—spaces are quite tight—but the fact that it was free made it manageable.The location couldn’t have been better. We were just 15 minutes from Tropea and 20 minutes from Pizzo, with plenty to explore nearby. There's a charming little bar just a four-minute walk away where the cappuccino and croissants are top-notch—though I’d suggest dining elsewhere for dinner. Zambrone itself boasts two fantastic restaurants: Aramonese and Fish Food & Fond of the Sea, both a quick five-minute drive from the property. The beach is within walking distance and offers two amazing options. Plus, there's a delightful ice cream shop just eight minutes away on foot. Between the scenic beaches, local restaurants, cozy bars, and convenient grocery stores, everything you could want is within reach.A lovely neighbor also assists the host and was incredibly helpful and kind—such a thoughtful touch. We were even able to check in early at around noon, which was a wonderful surprise.All in all, this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Vacanza in relax e spensieratezza

Villa modernamente arredata dotata di ogni confort con piscina, in comune con altre unità abitative, ampi spazi esterni con pergola e vista mozzafiato sul mare e su Tropea. Dispone di parcheggio privato. A pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Zambrone e del "Paradiso del sub". In auto si raggiungono in pochi minuti le spiagge più belle della costa degli dei.

Herrliche Dachterrasse und traumhafte Strände

Wir haben eine Woche im August mit Freunden in dem Haus verbracht. Für uns war es das erste Mal, dass wir in Kalabrien waren. Wir waren überrascht, dass nach dem 22.8. noch so viele (v.a. italienische) Touristen unterwegs waren. Wer Einsamkeit sucht, sollte wohl nicht vor Mitte September kommen. Wir haben trotzdem wunderbare Strände ohne Massenandrang gefunden. Der von Anneli beschriebene Strand ist sehr schön, man braucht ca. 20 Minuten um ihn zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ansonsten haben wir sehr schöne und manchmal auch einsame Stände bei Capo Vaticano besucht, die teilweise allerdings schwer zu erreichen waren (Kletterei oder per Boot). Das Wasser war großartig, ideal zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und und schön. Vier verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten auf Terrasse und Dachterrasse unterstreichen den exklusiven Charakter des Hauses. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Badezimmer sind funktional und praktikabel. Sehr gute und dicht schließende Fenster waren in Anbetracht der bis in die späte Nacht hörbaren Musik der umliegenden Clubs hilfreich. Nach ein paar Startproblemen funktionierte die Klimaanlage gut. Die Grillmöglichkeit auf der Dachterrasse haben wir gerne genutzt. Das Haus ist für neun Personen etwas knapp bemessen. Ideal ist es für 4 Erwachsene plus 2 Kinder. Zu neunt mussten wir ziemlich zusammenrücken. Da man sich ohnehin größtenteils draußen aufhält, war das für uns kein Problem. Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht ganz einfach. Man darf maximal ein "normales" Auto im Innenbereich parken. Unser "kleiner" Opel Zafira war für viele Parklücken zu lang. (An der Straße gab es nachts Parkplätze) Manche Kleinigkeiten gehören erneuert und werden sicher auch bald ausgetauscht, was sich angesichts von Corona wohl etwas verzögert hat. Dazu gehören z.B. die Stuhle auf der Terrasse, die teilweise durchgesessen waren. Wir haben uns mit unseren Campingstühlen beholfen, die wir ohnehin dabei hatten. Die Kommunikation mit Anneli war sehr positiv und sie hat auf Nachfragen sofort geantwortet und unterstützt. Danke, Anneli, für die freundliche Hilfe! Den Betreuer der Agentur vor Ort fanden wir etwas ruppig und und unfreundlich. Unser Hinweis bei Abreise, dass manche der Terrassenstühle ausgewechselt werden müssten, wurde mit der Aussage quittiert, sie seien bei unserer Ankunft heil gewesen. Das fanden wir ehrlich gesagt etwas unverschämt... Trotzdem: toller Urlaub

Happy that you had a great vacation and that you enjoyed our 4 areas to sit outside! We have 5 minutes walk to the closest beach but I read that you tried our small favourite beach as well that needs a bit longer walk! Great! Yes you can hear some from the hotel areas during the evenings but they are not direct neighbours and they all have to be quiet during the nights. Its only entertainment for their guests, no nightclubs :-) Normal years I always check everything myself before anyone rent our holidayhome but this year has not been like others because of Covid19... I change if needed chairs, tables etc and doublecheck everything, plant some flowers, get handymen if needed etc. I´m sorry the sunbeds on the roof didn´t work but glad you could enjoy the dinner table and proper chairs up there instead! Because this is our holidayhome and we have not been able to travel there from Sweden this year some small things has not been done. Thank you for your understanding! Welcome back another time! There are many lovely beaches to explore!

Splendida location e panorama mozzafiato

Un panorama mozzafiato, da cui godere meravigliosi tramonti . Il mare raggiungibile a piedi è molto bello, cristallino, in particolare spostandosi un po' verso la parte finale in prossimità del.paradiso del sub, verso la scogliera. La descrizione riportata nell'annuncio riaponde fedelmente. La Sig.ra Anneli sempre disponibile, anche se non presente, rispondeva velocemente alle richieste.

schönes, sauberes Haus, auf 2 Stockwerke u. Dachterrasse aufgeteilt, gut ausgestattet, sehr schöner Blick auf das Meer und auf die Bucht, herrliche Sonnenu ntergänge.... Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden inkl. gutem täglichen Bäckerservice.... ca. 8 Gehminuten zum Strand...sehr gutes Eis (Gelateria) ebenfalls in 10 Min. erreichbar... Tropea ist 10 Fahrminuten entfernt und jedenfalls sehr lohnenswert bzgl. Stimmung, Besichtigung u. Essen... ebenso Pizzo...Capo Vaticano.... und Gerace....etc....wir haben diverse Strände der Umgebung aufgesucht viele davon sind sauber u. mit Sonnenliegen sowie -schirmen ausgestattet, Anfang Juli überall Platz genug..... A fantastic house with a wonderful view!

A modern fantastic house with everything. You don´t miss anything. It even has central warming to use if it´s cold outside. The view is amazing with sunset and Stromboli right in front of you. We really loved to stay here!!

We have been traveling a lot but just love this area, the crystal clear water, the friendly people, the activity during high season, the calm during low season, all nice old buildings, the green nature, the stunning views, the food!

What makes this property unique

This is not just a place to stay, this is our own home for holiday! We kept it simple and light inside, but personal. You will find all you need for a pleasant stay. The outside view is a fantastic piece of what Calabria offer, the green hills, Tropea in the distance, the seaview and the marvelous sunsets! If you are there in August maybe our own grapes are ready for you to pick and eat.
