About this property
Lake House on Oneida Lake
Welcome to our Lake House! We are located on the south shore of Oneida Lake. Views of the lake can be seen from every room, sunsets are amazing! We have a dock for fishing, sunbathing and a swim raft with slide to enjoy. Water shoes are recommended. We have 3 bedrooms, one downstairs (queen), 1 bedroom upstairs (1 double & 1 twin) and 1 bedroom upstairs (double). We have 1 bathroom on the first floor, with a shower, toilet and vanity. There is a washer and dryer in kitchen. The house has A/C, a gas insert in fireplace, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, gas range, tv is set up for streaming devices, coffee maker, Kerig, toaster. We do not allow pets also. You can bring a boat but cannot leave it at the dock over night or in stormy weather. The waves would take out the dock. The NY boat launch is 1/2 mike from us and we have room to park the trailer on our property.
