This home has a spacious backyard which compliments a large deck and patio as well as a gazebo with a 6 person hot tub.
The front yard is 23 mile long lake which serves as a playground for all boaters and marine enthusiasts.
If you are an adventure seeker the Hobie cat club next door offers newbie Tuesday for those who would love to learn to sail. They also have catamaran races on Thursday’s.
My Lakehouse has been completely remodeled within the last few years.
Located close to Syracuse University and just 15 minutes from Syracuse airport.
Absolutely no parties.

Please be cognizant of your noise level while in the hot tub. My neighbor has young children and elderly parents that live with her.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy with family

It is the second time that we have stayed in this house and for us it has been the perfect place to relax and enjoy with the family, it has been like being in your own home, Terry is a mega host, attentive to the smallest detail before, during and after our stay. It's been two great weekends. I hope to be able to return again to continue knowing and enjoying with my family. God bless you Terry
