This Lakeview cottage home is located in Tan-Tara Estates at Margaritaville in Osage Beach. Right in the heart of everything. You have access to lots of resort amenities, like a Spa, golf courses, pools, swim up bar, horse back riding, arcade, indoor waterpark, boat rentals, pwc rentals, dining and so much more. Something for everyone here! The home is fully equipped, updated, clean, cute with great views of the lake and lots of room. State park and boat ramps near by. Golf cart community. 9 hole course is FREE, just walk on where ever you want. I also have a golf cart for rent during your stay, just let me know and I’ll reserve it. Other amenities do have a fee. Home should have everything you need for your stay. Pull out bed is in the Family room, plus a blowup mattress, lower level walk out with covered deck, Smart TV's, phone chargers and games. Perfect location to enjoy everything the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer!

Fun golf trip

Beautiful home with a perfect view of the lake from the upper deck. The owner is very accommodating and amazing to work with! We have stayed at this same house the last two summers and we are looking at booking our trip for 2026.

Beautiful home. Quiet retreat. Was just my wife and I but we absolutely want to come back with our three kids. Loved the board games, view of the lake, and how cozy and quiet everything was. Truly a delight.

Amazing Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was even better than pictures online. It was very up to date and clean. I especially appreciated you had views of the lake from both the upper and lower deck. It was well stocked with all kitchen items for cooking etc. The Property Manager was really responsive and helpful. We enjoyed all of the amenities at the resort, including pools, dining, and marina. It is a great location, close to other lakeside restaurants and activities. I would definitely recommend it and hope to be back in the future.

Tan-Tara-A/Margaritaville is an awesome place to vacation. Has everything for everyone right in one spot. Its a golf cart community and you can play 9 holes for Free. Plus, its centrally located that you are close to all the other attractions and dining that Lake of the Ozarks has to offer

What makes this property unique

My home was completely redone 4 years ago, so it looks and feels brand new. You will love how clean it is! Has a nice lake view on both levels. I have tried to equip it with everything you would need for your stay.
