Founded by two sisters and their love for Big Bend, the Davis Mountains, and the town of Alpine, Las Hermanas is a welcoming retreat for those visiting the area. Experience the warmth and hospitality of these sisters who are passionate about sharing their love for far west Texas and creating a memorable stay for each and every guest.

This charming mid century house offers a cozy and spacious base for anyone exploring the Big bend area. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has been maintained to exhibit many of its original features. Located near Sul Ross State University, Kokernot Park, and downtown Alpine. The primary bedroom is large with a king bed and sitting area. The ensuite bathroom has a separate soaking tub and shower. The other two rooms both offer queen beds and large closets. For larger groups, there is a sofa bed in the living room to provide an additional sleeping area if needed. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals with plenty of gathering space, including a small kitchen table, a larger dining table, and an outdoor bench under the covered porch. Las Hermanas is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring Alpine and the surrounding areas.

Great place to stay! Everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed watching all the deer crossing through the yard. Our host April was terrific and very helpful. Had some problems with the 2 front bedroom beds but other than that we will be booking again.

Family stay in Alpine

We stayed in this hope to attend a wedding in Alpine. It is nicely and sparsely furnished. I love that because we had our small grandchildren with us and we had plenty of room for playing. Everything we needed was there! Communication with host was terrific! The house is older, but extremely clean. The beds were comfy! Would for sure stay again!
