Beautiful 2/1 mountain retreat home in NE Asheville on dead end street! Serenity with convenience! Only 9 miles to downtown Asheville and 12 miles to Black Mountain! Many incredible hiking/mountain bike trails within 1-2 miles away. Eclectic abode with original art, instruments, Mountain View’s, abundant wildlife, and all the essentials for a perfect getaway!
The home has an open floor plan with very high ceilings and filled with natural light. Sit out on the large deck and watch the sunset behind the mountains, or cozy up inside by the gas stove. Smart TV to use your subscriptions with and fast wifi. Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Full washer and dryer and well water for fresh delicious water. Each queen bed has a very comfortable mattress with luxury linens. Pets welcome but not allowed on furniture. . Quiet area but close to all that Asheville has to offer!
