The Dawn Condominiums, awarded BEST OF THE ISLAND FOR CONDOMINIUM RENTALS 2023, is a gated, secured condo complex with 2 resort-style pools, a hot tub, fitness center, and outdoor picnic areas/grills that are just right across from Babe’s Beach. Being located centrally, it is close to numerous restaurants, plenty of shopping, grocery stores, and other attractions. The Pleasure Pier, known to be the longest pier in all of Texas, with exciting rides and restaurants over water, is only 3 miles away; The Moody Gardens and the Schlitterbahn water park are just 2 miles away; cruise terminal and The Strand 5 miles away; and Walmart is within walking distance.
Zimply Paradise 915 is a well-maintained, updated unit, with a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable and cozy living room with sofas that convert to beds, and a spacious bedroom with a view of the pool. Washer and dryer are also provided in the unit. In addition, you get a beautiful pool view from your private patio with direct access to it. All you need to bring are your preferred toiletries, food, and drinks for a relaxing and fun home away from home.

Parking Pass can be purchased at The Dawn office for $40 for a 3-night or less stay or $50 for 4 or more nights per vehicle.

Amazing!!!

We definitely had a great time and loved the condo. Great location and nicely decorated. Very clean, comfortable bed, shower was nice, and all the extra amenities to make sure we were comfortable. Very much appreciated. Zim is amazing! We will definitely book again.

Would stay again, great property

Enjoyed our stay! Property was clean and just as described. Perfect location, the condo patio was just steps away from the pool or just a quick walk across the street to the beach. Large sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but it is a sofa bed afterall and everything else about the condo made up for it. Getting parking passes after the office closed was a bit confusing, but mainly because they were still doing clean up after the hurricane and the office was completely gutted and didn't have instructions that we saw on what to do if arriving after they closed for the day. A board member happened to be there by the pool though and she helped us. Everyone was nice, property was fenced in, Walmart is very close if you forget something and the condo was lovely. Zim was a nice host, condo was stocked with kitchen items, laundry needs and even had some pool/beach toys in the storage bench on the patio for those traveling with kids. We would stay there again.
