Nightly rental, community pool and a short distance to the beach!

The Palms Unit 5202- The complex is located off Route One just across from the Tanger Outlets, and just 2 miles to the beach. This is a second floor unit. There is a screened porch to relax and view the pond fountain and swimming pool. The community offers unlimited access to the swimming pool.There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, the water park, the go-kart racing and the movie theater are within a mile to this property .

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $157.50.

Bedding: 1 Queen, 2 Singles, 1 Queen Sleep Sofa

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

This rental was a frustrating experience from the first day to the last. I have rented a TON of homes over the years and have never been told that I had to bring my own sheets and towels!! If I wanted those particular “luxuries”, I would need to purchase an expensive “linen package” on top of the fortune I just spent on the rental. I was flying in from out of state so I couldn’t bring linens from home but was told by the REALTOR that I could purchase my own linens from Walmart and it may be less costly. The home also didn’t come with other basics that I’ve come to expect such as coffee, soap or shampoo. To top it all off, we were given incorrect check-in instructions so, after sitting for hours in traffic with small children to get to the home, we had to drive an additional 30 minutes to the real estate office to pick up a key to the home. I would think good customer service would dictate that the agent bring you the keys or at the very least, compensate you in some way for the hassle. Maybe a free linen package :) Also, the condo unit upstairs from this one only has wood floors and children were staying in it so it was extremely noisy during all hours of the day and night. We ended up having a great vacation with family and the beach itself was beautiful but I will find a different home to rent next time we visit.

Place was immaculate. Easy access to and from the beach and all major hot spots! I’d stay here again and most likely will. Great spot.

Beach trip

Nice unit and good location - being on 2nd floor was not ideal due to noise from neighbors above. Otherwise it’s a nice unit and have all amenities needed for a good stay
