Completely Renovated Ocean Front Studio!
Completely renovated! This unit has been renovated from top to bottom! Unit is located on the 2nd floor on the north-front side of the building. Unit offers a queen bed and a queen murphy bed.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.
