WiFi, flat screen HDs with all channels. 100 ft dock space with shore power, cleaning station, 2 sets of davits, storage room with chest freezer, 4 kayaks, etc. 3 fridge/freezers, 2 pairs washer/dryer. Ice machine and floating dock. Fisherman's dream! Seawall whips for boat plus bumpers on pilings. Flat roof 4th level with spectacular ocean views ideal for private sunbathing.
