We bought this beach house in Edisto with our friends Nik and Laura as a place to staycation with our little ones.

We are excited to share it with you and your family as well!

What makes this property unique

We love the location of our beach house! We are across the street from Beach access 36, which is on the Sound.

This is a great location for kids as the water is really gentle and the beach is a little less crowded.

We also love having the tidal creek in our backyard. We love to sit on the porch or out on the dock and enjoy the wildlife!
