This home was ideal for my stay in the Fox River Valley. The property is very well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with mature trees and easy access to major roads and O'Hare Airport. The backyard was especially nice with a lighted pergola, lounge chairs, and a gas grill. The prairie path is right behind the house for your morning run or bike ride. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place in the Fox River Valley.

We were seven 70-somethings in Batavia to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of our brother and his wife. The house was lovely with very comfortable places for visiting and a nice dining room. We wished there were available closets in all bedrooms. We had to negotiate cancelation of an assessment of 30 for our brother to be the 8th at the dinner table. Overall, we had a great time.
