Our rustic modern cabin is nestled peacefully in the trees and is the perfect place for you to enjoy miles of ATV trails, hiking, kayaking & fishing. Or simply stay put for a relaxing time gathered around the outdoor fire pit, star gazing from the deck, or playing a round of shuffleboard. The cabin is just 10 minutes from Duck Creek Village, Utah, and allows for easy access to Bryce, Zions, Dixie, & Brian Head Ski Resort.

The space:
Canyon View is the perfect home-away-from-home for your loved ones and has numerous activities for those of all ages. Including roasting marshmallows in the large outdoor fire pit, relaxing bird watching from the deck, shuffleboard downstairs, or playing a round of cards or board games.

Fire Pit w/ seating, gas grill w/propane, large yard (2.5 acres), beautiful deck to watch the sunrise/sunset, plus fun sledding in the winter!

INDOOR FEATURES:
The cabin features free Wi-Fi, a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, a basement living room with WII, plenty of board games/puzzles, desk space for working, and a main living open floor plan that makes it easy to gather.
KITCHEN: Well-equipped, coffee maker w/ coffee and filters, teapot, pancake griddle, blender, Crock-pot, instant pot, toaster, ice trays, spices, cooking basics, cups, bowls & dishes.

GENERAL FEATURES: Free Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioner, washer/dryer, linens/towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, hangers, trash bags/paper towels.

SUITABILITY: Stairs required for entry, full interior and backyard access
PARKING: Driveway (driveway can fit multiple cars/trucks and a trailer/ATV's). Private gate.
Guest access: Guests will have full access to the cabin and its 2.5-acre lot.

The cabin is just a 10-minute drive from the main Duck Creek Village. Here you can find a handful of great restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store/True Value, gift shops, gas station, ATV Rentals and more!
