Treetops is in a lovely quiet position surrounded by a pinewood forest on one side, overlooking the tennis courts on another with the swimming pool on the third. The Praia D'el Rey Championship Golf Course, the 5 star Marriott Hotel with restaurant, leisure, gym and spa facilities and unspoilt beaches are all within easy walking distance. This 3 bed 2nd floor luxury bright self catering apartment offers space, sunshine and shade. It is suitable for families, golfers and tennis enthusiasts or for those seeking a relaxing holiday based on a beautiful resort by the sea and amidst an unspoilt part of Portugal, rich in culture, history and culinary treasures. The ancient town of Obidos is a 15 minute drive away, while the surfing resort of Balleal with its restaurants and bars is a 4 mile walk along the beach or a short drive away. The golf in the area is sensational with 4 championship courses - Praia Del Rey, Royal Obidos, Bom Successo and the new West Cliffs - within a 15 minute drive. The centrally heated apartment is very spacious with a total of 170 sqm living area. There is a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, a master bathroom and an additional washroom with WC. The terrace overlooking the pool is ideal for BBQs and the south east facing terrace off the lounge overlooks the tennis courts and benefits from the sunshine throughout the morning. The apartment is equipped with all that you might expect for modern day living, including free wifi, central heating and air conditioning.

Surpreendeu pela positiva. Possuía 3 quartos bem espaçosos, sendo que 2 deles têm duas camas e o outro tem uma cama de casal. Cozinha bem equipada com tudo aquilo que é necessário. Limpeza bem feita por todo o espaço. Acesso à piscina do condomínio com bastante qualidade. É necessário a utilização de automóvel para se deslocar para a praia, shopping, mercado, entre outros. Resumidamente é um boa opção para ir com amigos/família.

Saubere Unterkunft. Ohne Auto jedoch nicht an zu raten

Wir reisten mit zwei Familien an. Der Check war sehr entspannt. Am ersten Abend gab es leider Probleme mit dem warm Wasser und der Gas Zufuhr. Dies wurde sofort und gut gelöst. Die Räumlichkeiten innen sind sehr geräumig. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Jedoch waren auf dem Balkon nur Sitzplätze für max. 4 Personen. Daher war Essen nur im Haus möglich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Probleme gab es etwas mit dem Kühlschrank. Der leckte und Wasser lag auf dem Boden. Das Eisfach war teilweise noch mit alten Lebensmitteln bestückt und komplett zugeeist. Wir hatten Grillfleisch gekauft und müssten dann leider feststellen das der Grill kaputt war. Auch hier haben wir Simon direkt angeschrieben. Es sei ein neuer Grill bestellt. Der käme aber erst nach unserer Ankunft an. Nun saßen wir da 1 Woche und müssten schauen was wir mit dem Grillfleisch machen. Da waren wir schon etwas enttäuscht das keine andere Lösung gefunden werden konnte. Immerhin hatten wir uns die Unterkunft mit unter wegen dem Balkon und Grill ausgesucht. Auch die Online Anzeige vermittelt einem per Foto das man fußläufig schnell das Meer erreichen kann. Dies ist leider nicht der Fall. Erst auf Google Maps erkennt man das man auf jedenfall auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Der Pool ist geräumig und sauber. Durch Corona waren um den Pool jedoch keine Sitz oder Liegemöglichkeiten vorhanden. 4 liegen sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Jedoch befindet sich diese im zweiten Stock und wir wollten nicht täglich die schweren Liegen rauf und runter tragen. Insgesamt können wir sagen wir waren zufrieden und Simon war nett im Kontakt, würden uns die Unterkunft für unsere Wünsche jedoch nicht noch einmal buchen.

Great location,well equipped apartment

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment with the added bonus of a swimming pool. Slight issue with the boiler but this was reported and resolved straight away. Great location to get to all our favourite places.

We had a lovely late summer break in a nice quiet resort that had some amazing golf courses and close enough to the sea if you like water sports also. nice restaurants and bars nearby and as just an hour from Lisbon this makes for either a full holiday or just a long weekend Hope to go back again one day

Fantastic!

Great comms with owner before arrival and delighted with apartment - massive, clean and well equipped. Local beach is stunning, lots of great places nearby to see, things to do and spots to eat. Would highly recommend to anyone.

In a peaceful setting, but still within walking distance of all the amenities on the prestigious Praia D'El Rey complex. Extremely spacious and comfortable apartment - ideally suited to both golfing groups and families. The apartment is clean and impeccably maintained by the current owners. As well as the first class facilities on site, a number of bars and restaurants are just a short drive away. For golfers unfamiliar with the area, Praia D'El Rey is an amazing golf course and the equally impressive Ballesteros designed Royal Obidos is just a short drive away. Highly recommended and I look forward to returning for my 4th visit next year.

We love the resort and the location next to the tennis courts and forest. The apartment itself is very spacious and it comfortably sleeps 6 with space on the sofa bed if the party is larger. The area is blessed with fantastic golf courses, world class surf beaches and a wonderful variety of bars and restaurants within easy reach
