Perfect for Families!

We had a wonderful visit with family in Denver while staying at this lovely home. It had all the things we needed and went above & beyond with all the indoor/outdoor games, fire pit, hot tub, sauna. David was an excellent host & great at communicating. And to top it all off, it was in a very quiet & safe neighborhood close to everything you could need. Truly a wonderful property and we will definitely stay here next time we are in Denver!

Great place for great friends

This house was a great place for four couples to celebrate two of us turning fifty! Plenty of room to spread out; the kitchen was well stocked; and the hot tub was pure heaven. Although we did not use them, there were many games to chose from for all ages. The decor was cute. Do be aware that the two queen beds are very firm. The location was great. We were 30 minutes (counting traffic) or less to anything and everything! We would definitely stay here again!!!

It was mostly clean and cute but entry/dining room rug is in urgent need of cleaning as well as the downstairs shower window. Trash was also left in the food cabinet but otherwise, it was tidy. Coffee station was missing creamer but was otherwise adequate. There are a lot of beds and the back yard is fantastic, esp for dogs. The biggest disappointment was that I had booked this property specifically for the hot tub and the owner informed me it wouldn’t be usable for the duration of my stay. After I told him it was the reason I’d booked his very expensive place, he stopped messaging me. I’m normally complimentary and go with the flow but this was a special birthday trip for my partner and the stay was a dud.
