Originally from South Africa, we have lived in Sussex County since 1998 and have owned this home since 2017. We love this area because of its natural surroundings and country scenes.

Why they chose this property

We are near many nature trails, including the Appalachian Trail, which runs through our county. Although it is a rural country area, it is only one hour's drive to NYC.

What makes this property unique

Our yard is like a bird sanctuary, with many species of birds nesting in and around our property. Other wildlife occasionally visits, too, but they are easily startled and will run away when they see or hear you.
