Heated pool, walk to Main St & Surf Drive Beach! Sleeps 8, what a location

What a location and what a home! Walk to Surf Drive Beach OR to Main Street Falmouth, or why leave when you have a heated pool in the backyard? This home was almost entirely renovated in Spring 2024 - new kitchen, and an entirely new first floor - bedrooms, LR, bathroom, dining area. Central AC, new decking overlooking the large enclosed back yard. All mattresses are new Tempurpedic mattresses for Spring 2024, including the King which is adjustable.

More on the location - Falmouth Main St is often recognized as one of the finest anywhere on the East Coast - lots of wonderful shops, restaurants, bars etc, and it is within walking distance, and Surf Drive is one of the jewels of the Falmouth Public Beaches - it overlooks Martha's Vineyard, and at night you can see up to FIVE lighthouses from the shore! 3 from MV, one from the Elizabeth Islands, and Nobska in Woods Hole. Unbelievable. You can also walk/bike to Falmouth Harbor, where you can catch one of two ferries to Martha's Vineyard, or just watch the boats come in and out while eating fresh seafood at Jims Clamshack. When you think of a Cape Cod Vacation, THIS is what you think of.

Pets considered, $100 pet fee per pet if your pet is approved. Fireplace in the LR is gas log.

Please note the rental the week after July 4th 2024 is SUNDAY to Saturday - 6 nights, for $4150. All other weeks are Saturday to Saturday. Note the garage stores the owners' car, but you can still fit some bikes etc in there.

Relaxing in Falmouth

This was a fantastic house. It was easy living for sure. The main floor is beautiful and if that is any indication as to how the second floor will look after renovation, it will be beautiful as well. The pool was a bonus!
