I honestly don’t know where to start.First of all this box was tiny ,I’m guessing 200 SF at best.Verbiage states 3 bedroom, however it’s actually 3 sleeping quarters ,barely.mattresses on 3 levels of a platform. The very bottom one you have to bend and hunker down to get into the space, the next 2 levels, you have to climb up some shelf type stairs and hoist yourself up by grab bars. If you are anything but a kid or a strong midget ,not a chance of getting to the top bunk area ,and of course that’s where the ac is located. The passage way from the front entrance to where the mattresses are is so narrow that 2 slender adults can not pass each other. We had trouble opening the front door bc of a faulty door handle, luckily there was an onsite manager? that was able to help us get in.When I entered,I immediately saw the sleeping area problem. With the help of the manager,he pulled the mattress off the second level and we put it on the floor as there was no other way for us to sleep. So now we enter the box and step right onto the mattress. The reason we even booked a stay at this particular place was to escape the fireworks in our neighborhood. Our dog is terrified of them.In the past ,we would camp out in our closet with the dogs to try to get them to settle down.I must say that the closet arrangement was more comfortable than our stay in the box. We didn’t hear any fireworks as expected . The door knob and lock were stuck and 5 min to get the door opened.Very concerning
