It was a good place, with a large, well – stocked kitchen, dining area, and couch, coffee table, and TV sitting area. It was nice to have a garage, but fairly awkward to get in and out of it, and it is not big enough for a truck or large SUV. Very attentive host. I will stay there again next time I visit my son, who lives close by.

Felipe has a very nice property in the S Broadway neighborhood. Very roomy, full kitchen, patio area and even a 1 car garage. This is a much better unit than the basement 1 bedrooms I sometimes have to stay in due to availability. I will definitely be back.

Very clean, landlord very responsive, fully equipped, probably not pet friendly, we were going to Gothic Theater for a show, great location for that. House at back of property access is through pathway on left of house or lane half a block up.

Access to unit requires walking through a dark gravel path swarming with gnats. Bring flashlight. Alley access only less desirable.The unit has several tripping hazards. Curled rugs, raised edges. etc.The unit needs updating. Blinds are dirty, bent, or broken. No curtain on front door with clear window. Very public to neighbors.The bathroom is very small. Toilet is low, old, with a worn seat. Update needed.Lighting needs work. 5 lights are burned out or missing altogether. Bed was less than comfortable unless you like a very soft pad. Very hard to move at night.Only one hand towel and one washcloth. Unit was under supplied (kleenex, paper towel). Soaps and shampoo seemed to be watered down. Gain soap is green not cloudy white. Kitchen trash can was very dirty in lid at arrival.Pictures did not reflect actual space. Garage too small to use for average sized car.
