This cozy 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom downstairs apartment offers all the comforts of home and more. A Nicely appointed kitchen with a large deep freezer, bedroom has a cozy queen-size sleigh bed and a queen size self inflatable mattress. Als has a Massage Chair, TV and DVD player with several movies, Board games and books. Streaming and Wifi with Netflix, Prime Video and Hbo Max. Alexa at your command. Close to Kenai River and beach. Washer and Dryer in unit and Fish cleaning station in back yard.

No TV in the bedroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and dishware needed to cook any meal. includes spices, condiments and dishware. Parking available for 2 vehicles plus additional street parking available.

Located in a quiet community 3 mikes or less to the mouth of the Kenai River with drive up beach access. Perfect for Dipnet season.

Use what you need as far as supplies. Just no bringing it home with you please!.

Please leave the Bin located in the bedroom closet alone as those are bedding for the next guest.

This place was great! Had a HUGE freezer for fish and vacuum sealer! Laundry, shower, proximity to the beach! Fish cleaning station! AWESOME!
