25% deposit upon booking is NON refundable.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds within 30 days of arrival unless there is a *Travel Ban* in place.
*Travel Ban* is a government imposed restriction meaning you are prohibited from traveling to Whistler, B.C.
In the case of a Travel Ban, we will work with you to either reschedule your trip, offer you a full credit to be used within 12 months of your original stay date (subject to availability & rate change), or refund you in full less a 5% transaction fee.
