This beautiful home has been updated throughout to the highest standards and features an open modern floor plan, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 baths, Media room and 2nd family room, plus games room. Beautiful living room with 22' Ceilings, gas fireplace, wet bar and deck access leading to outdoor hot tub and grill. Chef Quality kitchen, well equipped for your stay or guest entertaining. Full dining plus bar stools on over sized island.



- Master Bedroom: King bed, large en-suite bathroom with steam shower + separate master lounge area



- 2nd bedroom: 2 twin beds (can be converted to KING upon request)



- 3rd bedroom (bunk room): 1 bunk bed with double bed on bottom and twin on top, on additional twin bed



- 4th bedroom (basement): Queen bed, outside bedroom is also separate living area with couch and TV



- Living Space: Large open concept home, beautiful living room with hot tub just outside on the deck. Fully equipped Kitchen with dining at table + kitchen island. There is also a MEDIA room off the main floor with foosball table, bar, 85 inch Samsung big screen TV and sonos sound.

Fabulous family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Northern Lights 3. There was plenty of room for our family (8 people) with different seating areas and 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and there was lots of space for eating and serving the food. Some of us used the hot tub on the deck, we all watched a couple of Christmas movies in the media room, and we played games in the living room with the fireplace going. The driveway had room to park 2 cars which many of the other driveways didn’t. I would say 4 stars and yes, I would recommend it to others.

Family Birthday

We had a family birthday celebrating my 60th - with my children and grandchildren. Nine adults and 2 toddlers. The home was perfect. Beds for everyone, games room, media room for family movie nights, and space for everyone to be super comfortable. We hired a Private Chef - the kitchen has everything he needed to create a luxurious family celebration dinner for all. All in all - this was a 5 star experience on every level

Very solid place for larger groups. We slept 8 comfortably for a golf trip. Place was clean and overall very nice. Only negative is that the place has been warn in abit but that’s just typical wear and tear. If you are looking for luxury this probably isn’t it but for the price, location and overall place it’s very solid for families and large groups.

Very spacious place that is a stones throw from the village! Check In & Out process was very easy and they accommodated us in some slight re-arrangements to the sleeping situation. Will be staying here again if coming up with a big group!

The kids loved all the extras - the hot tub, the pool table, the foosball table, the entertainment room. We wish we could have stayed longer! It was less convenient to get to the ski hill than we anticipated.

Amazing stay! We didn’t feel crammed at all and the amenities were great. When we were having issues with the hot tub, Bob sent us instructions on how to fix. The steam shower in the master bedroom was fantastic! The walk down and up to the village wasn’t bad for anyone in their 30s. Would recommend staying again!

Property was excellent with all amenities. Kids had a lot of fun together. Accessing the ski area via the upper road path from property was a bit difficult, but we made it up and down. Overall we had a great time as a group. Thank you for having us.

Awesome 5 Floor Ski Cabin! Steam shower for the win!

This place was great! I wasn’t expecting so many different floors based on the photos, but that was a bonus! Let people spread out if they wanted to go to bed early or get up at the crack of dawn. The steam shower in the top floor master bath was over the top, made for a great wake up rejuvenation rinse!

huge place great location

great for a large group, good separation of rooms and large kitchen. Place is ski in. To ski out you need to walk up a small hill and up a few flights of stairs, then you can ski down to the gondola. alternatively you can do the easy walk down to the whistler gondola. hot tub is great, easy to use garage has a pool table and chin up bar foosball table and and a great theatre room were better than expected.

Fantastic rental in Whistler/ Northern Lights

This was a fabulous rental for our week in Whistler. Very spacious and modern, full amenities throughout. The hot tub was fabulous after full days of mountain biking. Great full-service, up to date kitchen and wine bar. Luxurious master suite upstairs, and lots of bedrooms for everyone one 3 more levels below. Great game room and media room as well. Quick ride/walk down into the village, but also separate and quite. A fantastic rental for our family/group -- we hope to come back soon!

Great stay in Whistler!

The Northern Lights Unit 3 house is simply fantastic! It is spacious and all the fixtures and furnishings are of the highest quality. The pool table, foosball table and media room were a huge hit with our teenagers and adults alike. The location is great, easily walkable to the Village and (in the mostly rainy weather we had) less than a 5-minute drive to just about everywhere in the Village or resort. There are lots of stairs, so I would not suggest this house for the elderly or toddlers, but it is highly recommended for adult groups and families with older kids and teens. We definitely plan to return.
