Very clean, roomy, comfortable beds and furniture plus kitchen amenities.
Very good Overall proximity to caves, lodges, towns, and scenery is gorgeous. Driving is challenging winding tree lined roads, but nature abounds. Peaceful setting, great home, host is professional and communicates well with guests.
Clean very comfortable beds, house has plenty of room, location is good. Communication with host is precise. Highly recommend. Gorgeous scenery, many winding roads fully tree lined, very peaceful!

What a great place!
We been visiting Hocking Hills for years, but this is the first cabin we’ve stayed at that seemed to actually want us there. Kitchen was fully equipped, the grill actually worked, the furniture was comfortable.
This is our new Hocking Hills place and we will be returning many times in the future.

Clean house in a great location to Hocking Hills hiking.
Corrine's Cottage was a well maintained, comfortable house with basic necessities. It is within 20 minutes of all the popular hiking trails, which was perfect for our needs. Something that would have been nice to have were a couple of extra towels so that we could wash them and still have one to use. Also, the hot water is limited so we had to be sure to stagger washing. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Stay was wonderful, thank you!
Everything was really clean and worked properly. We loved having the little firewood bundles for sale at the end of the driveway. We would definitely return.

Perfect
It was clean and quiet. We had everything we needed! I emailed a question before our stay and received an immediate response.
Great house. Very clean & roomy. Nice layout with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the other 2 opposite. Comfy furniture & beds. The beds look like they wouldn’t be comfortable but they are actually quite comfortable. Close to the main hocking hills attractions. Everything you might need was included…dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, tp. etc with the exception of charcoal for the grill & laundry detergent. We scheduled a grocery pick up at Walmart in Logan so we had food and drinks for the week. Little extras like several throw blankets, some movies & games were included too. The TV is a smart TV and the wifi works well. Owners were great with communication! My only MINOR suggestion would be more non-stainless steel pots & pans because they are so hard to use and clean. ***For motorcyclists…I would not really recommend this house unless you are very experienced. The area is awesome for riding but getting up the gravel driveway was the hardest part of our days. The owner did warn me about the driveway up front and we chose to take the chance anyways so that’s on us, not them. In a car the driveway is no problem at all!

About the host
Your host
We LOVE Hocking Hills! Every winter, we rent a place in the area and spend a few relaxing days away from EVERYTHING! It’s a time of year we cherish and can’t wait for the next visit.
In 2006, Grandma Corrine (Renie) built this cottage on two acres of land. She loved living here and welcomed everyone in with open arms (and lots of food). When Grandma passed away in 2023, we wanted to carry on her legacy of love and hospitality by opening the cottage up for others to enjoy.
We want this cottage to feel like your home away from home. Relax, unwind and unplug. It’s a beautiful area with lots to see and do. We hope you fall in love with Hocking Hills just like we did.
