Tour the area and discover National Forest access within walking distance, less than 2.5 mile drive to shopping, 6 mile drive to downtown Pagosa and world-class hot springs, and Wolf Creek Ski area is just 30 miles away. Access to PLPOA rec center is available for a small fee to access a pool, racketball, tennis, and fitness area.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living space. This home is a great setup for multiple families to vacation together. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, curling up by the wood-burning stove with a good book, or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV. Looking for another way to unwind? Try a soothing soak in the new hot tub. Create culinary charms in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with upgraded appliances, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will get a restful night's sleep from the day's activities. A dedicated workspace is available with a desk and chair for remote workers. The main bedroom is exquisite and spacious, outfitted with a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and oversized walk-in shower.

This home is pet friendly, there is a $75.00 pet fee per dog and a refundable $100 00 pet deposit per dog with a 2 dog maximum.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.

Excellent long weekend stay

Extremely comfortable stay with for 4 adults and 1 kid plus a dog. One of the most well stocked vacation rentals we've stayed in. Really great amenities. We will be back for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is fully equipped and great for a larger group or family. It sleeps 8, though there is a futon as well. The kitchen had everything you will need and the living room has plenty of seating. Furnishings are upscale. The Lvl 2 charger in the garage is a nice touch. The location is only a couple of miles from City Market and a half hour from Wolf Creek. Open space in the back, fenced and dog friendly. All the light switches were labeled - can't tell you how awesome that is not to have to figure it all out for yourself when you arrive in the dark. My only criticism is that the home needs new pillows on the beds (the ones there are terrible). We would stay here again (but bring our own pillows!), its one of the nicer places we've stayed in Pagosa in the many years we've been renting here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed staying here very much! The hot tub was relaxing and the location was private being right in the middle of nature. The kitchen had everything we could need and the lay out of home was very spacious! Only thing that was let down was the rec center was closed down so we couldn’t get fishing permits. This was one of the main reasons why we picked this property, yet we couldn’t facilitate this feature.
