Guests have access to private parking behind the house. Please note: the driveway is narrow and best approached at an angle for low-clearance vehicles.

Welcome to our lovely duplex featuring two units, Unit A and Unit B, each with its own private entry. Currently, Unit A is fully rented out, so only Unit B is available for now.
We provide complimentary private parking located at the rear of the house. Please note that due to limited space, each unit is allowed to park one car in this designated area. We look forward to hosting you!

Please exercise caution when entering or exiting the driveway, as it is narrow.
The driveway's width between the house and fence measures 8 feet 8 inches at the narrowest point.
*If you have a sedan or a low-clearance vehicle, be aware that some vehicles may scrape when entering the driveway. Approaching at a slight angle usually helps, but please use your own judgment. *Street parking is also available.

Please return the gate clicker to its designated spot before checking out.
* Failure to do so will result in a $45 gate remote replacement and reprogramming fee.
