The space:
Welcome to our cozy and stylish one-bedroom retreat in the heart of Houston. Enjoy all-new appliances, comfortable mattresses, and thoughtfully chosen furnishings. The bedroom features blackout curtains and a sound machine for restful sleep.

Unwind in the inviting living room with a smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi—perfect for remote work or streaming your favorite shows.

Guests have access to private parking behind the house. Please note: the driveway is narrow and best approached at an angle for low-clearance vehicles.

Street parking is also available for added convenience.

Welcome to our lovely duplex featuring two units, Unit A and Unit B, each with its own private entry. Currently, Unit A is fully rented out, so only Unit B is available for now.

We provide complimentary private parking located at the rear of the house. Please note that due to limited space, each unit is allowed to park one car in this designated area. We look forward to hosting you!
Other things to note
Please exercise caution when entering or exiting the driveway, as it is narrow.

The driveway's width between the house and fence measures 8 feet 8 inches at the narrowest point.

*If you have a sedan or a low-clearance vehicle, be aware that some vehicles may scrape when entering the driveway. Approaching at a slight angle usually helps, but please use your own judgment. *Street parking is also available.

Before checking out, please place all trash in the black bins and recycling in the green bins located either behind or in front of the house.
Please place all used towels on the bathroom floor and wash any dishes before you go.
Please return the gate clicker to its designated spot before checking out. * Failure to do so will result in a $45 gate remote replacement and reprogramming fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If using the sleeper sofa, please place the mattress protector before adding sheets and other bedding to help maintain cleanliness for future guests.
Please keep noise to a minimum to respect the neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. No parties allowed on the property. Quiet hrs 10pm -8am

Wonderful, cozy bungalow

We had a wonderful time in Houston, and it started with this lovely home. The check in process was effortless. The home was clean, well decorated and very cozy. I especially loved the streamlined layout. All of our basic necessities were available to make our stay as comfortable as possible including throw blankets to cuddle up on the couch for a movie. We had every intention of spending more time cooking our own meals, but the host left a generous recommendation for a local restaurant and once we got a taste of Texas cuisine we had to try more! The home was close to many activities, shops, grocery and more. Parking was a bit tight but private. The area was busy but quiet. The host was readily available for any questions/concerns and kept us updated from check in to check out. If we ever return to Houston, I would definatley stay at this lovely home again!
