IT PROVIDES SOME OF THE BEST VALUE ON THE ISLAND AS IT IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE BEACH ACCESS ON 8TH STREET. YOU CAN SWIM IN THE GULF AND ENJOY THE PRISTINE SAND OF ST GEORGE OR SWIM IN THE POOL, IT HAS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. THE COTTAGES ARE ABOUT A 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE CENTER OF THE ISLAND WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY RESTAURANTS, BARS, SHOPPING, AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU CAN FIND. Great relaxing getaway for my husband and 2 kiddos. Easy access to the beach and pool was perfect for what we wanted. Beach bum cottage had everything we needed, clean, and great location. We rented a golf cart from the property manager, and that was a fun added bonus to our stay on the island. We will be back!

We came down for a short but pleasant getaway trip. The setup is very nice, as one unit is private enough for a couple, but the complex is perfect for a family trip, as we met a family staying in the other three units. The facilities are in great shape, and beach access is close and easy to use. The host was detailed and fast to address any questions we had. We will definitely return
