The BEST Vrbo we have ever stayed at.

I can't say enough about the beautiful property and the hosts. I was nervous because there were no other "reviews" for this property yet but it turned out amazing. The cleanliness for the property was 15/10, Quality finishes in the house, amazing location and we loved the pool. The hosts were so very helpful and answered our questions via call or text almost immediately. We will definitely be back as we were very sad to leave!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay while in IRB. Communication was great with the owners. Everyone had lots of room without having to be around each other. (Family of all boys). Views were absolutely amazing from the dock and patio area. Plenty of seating outside and room for the whole family. Golf cart, kayaks, beach towels were all an amazing touch added to this property. Only slight con to the property which could be added later is there wasn’t enough wash cloths. We purchased some while at Walmart. We also had a power outage/surge during a stay no fault of the owner but a ceiling fan didn’t work after. Owner was made aware and stated he would be glad to fix it if we wanted or just wait until we left. Only other thing to mention is the housing development this home is located in, they’re doing construction. You don’t hear a ton of noise from this but at times the road was blocked by dump trucks and other construction debris. Would definitely stay again if ever back in IRB.

This property is situated on the most beautiful street in Indian Rocks Beach with a stunning view of Party Island and the Belleair Bridge. Two bedrooms offer this beautiful view as does the entire open floor plan in the living room, kitchen and dining area. We installed a new heated pool and hot tub to maximize the view and create a backyard oasis worthy of the location.

What makes this property unique

We try to offer early check‑ins and late checkouts when our turnover schedule allows.

We can confirm them within three days of arrival/departure.

You can always drop your bags at 11 a.m. and take the golf cart to explore Indian Rocks Beach while we finish up.


Birds of Paradise offers the most beautiful view in Indian Rocks Beach with a heated pool and hot tub. Just off the dock is a semi private island to which guests can paddle board or kayak. The deep water dock offers guests the option to bring their own boat or go fishing. We offer a six seat golf cart to make beach and IRB exploration fun and easy. Kayaks and paddle board offer a fun easy way for guests to enjoy Party Island just off the house.
