This Florida Beach Rental is the one everyone wants. New to us, this beachfront vacation rental treasure will fill up very fast so please plan in advance to avoid disappointment.

Fantastic gulf front home with the finest amenities! Enjoy the privacy of your home with an oasis style pool and the Gulf of Mexico as your backyard. You enter this home through a gated and walled courtyard. Main house is on the ground level with only two steps up into the house and you can walk out the back door right on the sand. This home has an open floor plan with a large gourmet kitchen, wood cabinetry, wet bar, wine cooler, and granite countertops. This beach home's kitchen is designed for entertaining with wrap-around bar space to accommodate guests adjacent to the family room. Gather in the elegant and separate formal dining room as well.

The vacation rental home boasts a large master bedroom with a master bath that features a whirlpool tub, double vanity and an all-glass shower with bench seating.
The master bedroom has a king, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds.

The 4th bedroom is in the apartment above the detached garage. In the apartment bedroom is a queen bed. In the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa. and there is a small kitchen in the living area.

We do have coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs at the property for your use during your stay.
There is also a pack & play, highchair, walker for smaller children.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We enjoyed the size of the house and we absolutely loved the patio and how close we were to the beach. We so appreciated all of the ammenities that were offered! We would recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful Beach Home

We loved our stay at this spacious beach home. The house was very clean, and the owners were very accommodating. The home was even more beautiful in person with direct beach access, pool and hot tub and putting green. It was our first time in Indian Rock Beach, and we loved it. It is less touristy than Clearwater. We will definitely stay at this beach house again.

Short trip, but an awesome one! Location is suburb with places to eat in walking distance. The pool and beach kept the kids busy all day long. The residence was large, spacious and had all the amenities necessary to feel like home.

Worth the money to have private access to beach for little ones and sunsets. Nice spacious house with all the amenities we could have asked for. Perfect pool for the little ones. Already figuring out dates for return trip.

Love our stay

Everything was amazing, pool and hot tub was big hit. The view from the house, which the house also had everything you need from pool and beach toys to cooking equipment. The bed could be up graded, the one in the apartment center was sunk in , so if sharing the bed you get smushed together. The other bed and pillows were super firm. Overall the house was amazing 4stars rating

Great place

This house is better than the pictures and description. The kitchen is phenomenal and the pool and easy access to beach cannot be beaten. The grill was a bit hard to start but proximity to kitchen was ideal. Fountains in pool keep water cool all the time. There are plenty of chairs for the beach but they are not traditional “beach” chairs so if that’s your hope bring some. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Paradise

The most Hassel free vacation I’ve ever had. This property was perfect for our large family. We had 12 people (10 adults, 2 kids) staying and the layout fit us great. 3 bedrooms (4 beds) in main house and 2 others in the garage apartment. There was space to chill by yourself and larger areas where we could play rousing games of Monikers and other board games. The pool was amazing: a waterfall, sunning shelf (great for smaller kids), and a jacuzzi. The white sand beach is 30 steps from the back patio and your private access point. You can see the ocean waves from every room in the back of the house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked for large gatherings, and showers had good water pressure (even a large jetted tub for kids baths). There were plenty of water toys, sand toys, boogie boards, and towels. There is a French bakery a block from the house and a Publix 10min away. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic Location for Families

This is the perfect house for a family trip. It's right on the beach, so close to the water that you can sit out on the patio and watch the pelicans fish for their breakfast. There are several good restaurants within a block or two of the house, and the ice cream shop is just a bit further down the street. There was a skim board competition on the beach one day while we were there, and a pop-up beach shop. The kids took surf lessons from Sister Jo's Surf School and could just walk down the beach to meet the instructor. We saw dolphins every day, and even a flamingo! The house itself is lovely and has plenty of room to spread out, although we all tended to congregate in the large open kitchen/living room. At night, the oversized TV is perfect for everybody to watch a movie or football game. There are all of the conveniences you would expect and more--toys for the beach and pool, clubs and golf balls for the putting green, a stand-alone ice maker, and pretty much any kitchen gadget you can imagine. We really wouldn't have had to leave the house for anything. All in all, we had a wonderful time and are very grateful to Kay and Gary for sharing their little piece of paradise!

Absolute perfection!!

My husband and I own a timeshare in the building next-door from this vacation home and have always eyed this property, hoping it would one day go up for rent. Low and behold we found it on VRBO and immediately booked it to stay with our kids and another family! Our check in was so easy and the lovely owners met us at the house to explain how to work everything. The house is gorgeous inside and so spacious. They provided everything you could need for a beach stay, which made our packing a breeze! No need to bring towels, chairs, rafts, boogie boards, umbrellas, tent, and a cart. The house sits maybe 15 yards from the beach and had its own pool and jacuzzi along with a putting green. Our kids ranging from 9-15 absolutely loved every bit of this house and outdoors. We were able to grill out and even made s’mores on the fire one night in the fire pit. We stayed Thursday through Monday and hated to leave. There was even a set of dumbbells that my son and I used for our morning workouts!! These owners thought of everything and were such a pleasure to deal with. Friends of ours staying down the beach came to visit one afternoon and already booked Labor Day after seeing this house. I can’t recommend this house enough if you are looking for the absolute perfect beach getaway!! Thank you Martins and we look forward to staying here again!!

Our family of seven very much enjoyed our stay and vacation at this beachfront home. The house was clean and offered everything we needed to have an enjoyable vacation. The host, Kay and Gary, were very nice and was very responsive to any communications. The home is right on the beach which made it very nice to access. Our granddaughter enjoyed the sand toys they had available for guest. We would definitely stay again at this home.

Wir waren zuletzt 2015 im Ferienhaus gewesen. Seit 3 Jahren haben Kay&Gary das Haus übernommen und es im Inneren nochmals mit Details verschönert. Außen beeindruckt weiterhin der Pool mit dem Wasserfall und der direkte Zugang zum Strand, eine Feuerstelle und schöne Bereiche zum draußen Sitzen mit erstaunlich wenig Insekten. Das Haus hat alles an Infrastruktur, was es zu einem schönen Strandurlaub braucht, ist auch in der Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und hat auch einen Trinkwasserhahn! Nicht zu vergessen der top gepflegte Grill im Freien.

Amazing location!

Wonderful house right on the beach!! House provided fun beach toys for the kids which was nice since we flew and couldn’t bring those things. We had a toddler with us so the pool gate provided an extra layer of protection. Watch beautiful sunsets right from the back yard! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed! Great place!!

Another wonderful week at Beach Trail Beauty

This was our second year visiting this beautiful home. The property was clean and wonderfully equipped with everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and the pool area is a dream oasis. Communication with Gary and Kay is effortless and professional. We all love this home and have such a great time while staying there. We loved working with Kay. She and her husband were so easy to work with throughout the whole process. The home was in a great location for our family. Perfect Place for a Beach Trip

I highly recommend staying here for a beach trip with friends or family. We stayed for 4 days and had an amazing time, we wished we could have stayed longer. The hosts are very friendly and provide tons of beach equipment. The pool and fire pit were great to have, and the beach itself is beautiful. The kitchen is large and well stocked with cooking tools. This property had pretty much everything we needed for a beach trip. I would stay here again.

Recent we were very blessed with no water intrusion into the house from hurricanes. The area businesses are opening back up and everything is getting back to normal.
The area is so quaint, and we enjoy the beach with the residential feel. We live nearby and enjoy so much getting to meet so many wonderful people.
It warms my heart when families love the house just as much as I do, and we are grateful that we have the opportunity to help families and friends come together to make memories.

Why they chose this property

A rare find on Indian Rocks Beach for family that go on vacation together. The wall court yard has key locking gates so adults can sunbathe around the pool while the kids are putting around the green. Your secluded with being close to everything.
In the main house it is only two steps into the house. ( No several flights of stairs to climb or elevators to contend with). Hard to find a home right on the Gulf.
For those family members that enjoy their own personal space you have a whole apartment above the garage with full kitchen with spectacular views.
Waterfall pool with hot tub that overflows into the pool. Pool has a sun shelf and lights for those night time swims.
The grill and bar area is a perfect space to hang for the day and the fire pit for those night time smores while your watching that perfect sunset around the fire.

What makes this property unique

I love the house that sits Right on the beach, secluded tucked away home that has everything to offer. Once the entry gate is locked the only access on the property is the beach which is a big plus with children. The rarity is that the main house is only a couple of steps into the house and one step to the back patio and beach. The main house is one story all on one level.
The rooms are great for entertaining without feeling overcrowded. If extended families need a little separation the whole one-bedroom apartment above the garage provides a breathtaking view while still getting a little quite time. Sitting around the fire pit in the winter/ Fall watching the sunset with the nice ocean breeze. I love the house, but location, location. The heated spa and pool are just the right size, and we enjoy being able to grill while still able to socialize outside with everyone when cooking, watching the outdoor games on the outdoor tv or swimming in the pool.
Although I do ask people to leave it as they found it and I do want everyone to feel relaxed and welcomed coming into our home. It is a place to fully relax and recoup. Eateries and local taverns are within walking distance, and it is definitely hard to stay away from the French Bakery. What can I say, I love the house, location and feel grateful to have the opportunity to share.
