This cottage was so well equipped and a very comfortable place to stay, especially if you are vacationing with children. The owner was great and check in was really easy. I highly recommend staying there.

Canadohta cottage

Nice little cottage at Canadohta lake. Cozy living room area and back yard is great as a hangout. Upstairs is a bit tight but great for kids. Only stayed 2 nights after summer season. I'm sure this place is great during the summer season.

Our weekend stay at the lake

Location was great , close to the lake. House was comfortable and for the most part good. When we got there there was an odor coming from the downstairs bedroom we did not use this bedroom for that reason and the upstairs bed slats were off the bed upon arrival. Communation with owner was very good transaction was easy and smooth. We enjoyed our stay.

The 3 beds are all comfy. Matching bedspreads made the atmosphere nice also. There is well-water with no filtration system in place. The a/c unit cools mainly the kitchen area, not the living room or upstairs. The ceiling fan was wonderful as was the floor fan for cooling the cottage. There is lots of countertop space in the kitchen. The kitchen offers pots, pans, & small appliances to bake/cook with. There is a dishwasher for use. The neighbors next door are very nice & friendly.
