Everything you need to enjoy the quiet side of beautiful Canadohta lake - games, grill, kitchen stuff, plenty of beds. Perfect getaway and amount of space for our group of 6. Can’t wait to get back again next year!

Getaway 2025
The cottage was quaint. I enjoyed the sun porch in the mornings. I was disappointed that the oven didn’t work, the bathroom shower needed cleaning, there were personal items of the owner left in the bathroom cupboard & shower, and the front porch steps weren’t attached to the cottage.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the cottage. The enclosed porch is our favorite feature every morning, too.
The bathroom shower does have some hard water stains due to the well water, though it is cleaned prior to guests, and past renters have appreciated the availability of soaps and shampoos in the cupboard. The front steps are at the top of our to-do list; the abundance of rain recently caused a little shifting. They're sturdy, but not as attractive as they will be soon. Hope you enjoyed your stay!
We greatly enjoyed our holiday weekend stay, despite the not-so-stellar weather to start the trip. The owners were very communicative and the property was as described. Thanks so much.
Growing up at Canadohta Lake, this was one of my favorite cottages. We have our own Lake House, but rented this cottage for family because our house was full. Huge yard, lake access. It was perfect. I will definitely be renting this cottage in the future!

Cozy and laid back for the adults wanting to relax yet plenty of activities for the kids and it kept them from getting bored and very affordable for a family on a budget. Small boats and bikes and other toys provided for the kids so no need to pack heavily for this trip. The owners are very accommodating and the nicest people one could ever meet. We enjoyed every moment there.
My two children and I enjoyed staying in this house to enable them to participate in a nearby day camp. The house has two bedrooms with bunks beds close together, camp-style. The kitchen is small, but well-equipped, and it overlooks the living room. There are tables on the large front porch (enclosed but not air conditioned) for serving meals and also picnic tables in the back under tents. The weather was unusually hot and humid during our stay, so I brought a small table inside for eating in air conditioning (3 window units cooled the house well). The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The flowers around the house and above the driveway are beautiful, as is the lake in front of the house, making it a peaceful, restful location. If we visit this area in the future, I hope we can stay here again..
Everything was as expected. Camp feel. Great property. The location was centralized well for our plans & get togethers with friends & family. The Greens are very easy to work with & get in touch with. Our stay was cut short because of a family tragedy. While there, we were comfortable & enjoyed the property. I hope to stay here again.

We loved staying in this cottage inn canadohta Lake. It had everything we needed for our stay.
The owners were very accommodating. The canoe to use was a great plus as we used it everyday. The addition of ac units were fabulous since it went into the 90’s which is high for this time of year.
