Great Stay and Perfect Location!We had a great stay! Kim was an excellent host and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as represented in the photos and description on the website.The location was also perfect for our trip—convenient to shopping and a great place to stay while attending the Texas A&M Aggies football game. Everything about the home made our weekend easy and enjoyable.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Kim’s home to anyone visiting the College Station area!

Beautiful house with a very warm and inviting environtment. Easy access to and from Texas A&M with plenty of shopping and food close by. Have stayed there twice now and will make a point to check abailability here first. You will not be disappointed staying here.

We literally had the best time here! The location was so convenient. The play area for the kiddos was just perfect, they had such a good time in the playhouse. For a family with grandparents and kids it was an awesome space. We cooked in the kitchen each night and everything was well stocked. Close to the HEB, too! Our favorite things was how renovated and cute the home was. Everything was updated and clean. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful family weekend!

One night to attend Santa Wonderland

Everything was convenient for the limited time we were there; however, bed railings for the bunk beds were needed for safety. The kids wanted to sleep on top bunks but were disappointed when parents said no because it was not safe.

Host was gracious and responsive. We felt welcomed by snacks and hospitality mints. Our family of ten were cozy in the kitchen dinette and there were extra folding chairs in the garage to help seat everyone.. There is plenty of seating outside but in summer when it's 100 out there everyone wants to eat inside.My toddler loves the playhouse on the porch! My teens love the table games in the garage. There was a selection of children's books in the house that we enjoyed!!We were in town to compete at the state TAAF swim meet, and the house is only 13 minutes away from the Natatorium at A&M!
