The first floor offers multiple relaxing spaces, ideal for gathering or enjoying a good book. The kitchen boasts brand new appliances, and everything needed for preparing delicious meals. A guest bedroom on this level ensures accessibility for those preferring not to use stairs, complemented by new luxury mattresses for a restful night.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms and a sleeping loft await, featuring comfortable memory foam mattresses that promise a refreshing sleep.

Outside, the amenities continue with a gas grill for cooking, an outdoor dining table, and views of the meadow and foothills ensuring enjoyment in nature. Gather around the fire pit for marshmallow roasting or challenge a friend to a game of corn hole. Keep an eye out for local deer, adding to the natural charm of our neighborhood.

IMPORTANT
-The 4th sleeping space is an open loft overlooking the main living area with futon bed.
-Owner has severe, life threatening allergies to animal dander. We are unable to accommodate dogs, cats, or other animals at this home.
-Grill, patio furniture, and/or hammocks are available Memorial Day through Labor Day. They may not be available outside of these dates.
-Due to the nature of our mountain location, our home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount.
-A ring security camera captures video of the driveway and front porch. It is on and recording 24/7 regardless of occupancy.
