We apologize for the issues you experienced with the blinds, air conditioners, and the lack of outlets and shelves in the shower. We have since fixed the issue with the blinds and cleaned and repaired the air conditioners. Regarding the keyfob, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that our administration only allows one key for one-bedroom rentals for safety reasons. However, we understand that it can be inconvenient at times, and we will do our best to ensure it won't be an issue in the future.
