Best beaches in San Juan..uber available, keyless entry comfortable and upgraded...sorry building does not allow pets.. children under 13 must have prior approval...sorry no accommodations for infants.
keyless electronic lock check yourself in and out...Parking upon request $5 dollars per day free for longer than 7 days stay. Apt for 3 people only $25 per day for a 3rd and 4th person must get prior approval. Beautiful balcony! New floors doors and new airconditioners as well... I was actually surprised to find that the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking & eating. The Condo was very clean. Though there were times that the water was on a timed schedule it did not affect us and many others that i've spoken to. The host was amazing. We shall return.

Overall this place was really nice, and affordable. The apartment had everything we needed. Beach was just minutes away, and the pool was great too. Absolutely will book again. This condo was the perfect spot for our 5 day trip to PR. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and cooler. This location was easily accessible to the airport, the beautiful beach, several great restaurants and an easy Uber ride to Old San Juan. The host was accommodating and easy to reach.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Loli’s condo at Marbella del Caribe in Isla Verde. The location was exceptional, right on the beach and within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with every essential you would need for a short stay. Loli was responsive, helpful, and readily available to address any questions throughout our visit. We would absolutely consider staying here again on our next trip.

Awesome

It was right on the beach, it was a perfect stay. There was a strip of bars and restaurants right infront of the condo as well which was amazing as they stay open all night. The area is a safe and convenient place as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Very clean close to transportation the building was very quite. I l9ved the pool area and the beach was 20 steps away. Amazing place to stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Dee was very prompt and communicative with us before we even booked! The room was great and as advertised and the location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, water pressure was good, and a/c was powerful. We really enjoyed the beach access, too!

Very impressed with the beautiful condo. Unit equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach or to stay in and make dinner at home. Unit is in a nice area and is walkable to restaurants. Did uber to Old SanJuan a couple of times and the fare was reasonable. The beach is beautiful. I did reach out to the owner and she is very quick to respond

Amazing location & great comfy condo!

Communication with host was amazing before our arrival & only time we had a question they were easily available. This is a great spot with everything you need to make for a comfortable & relaxing get away. Location is perfect for those that want to be able to just walk to plenty of places to eat & play!

Was an amazing stay! Loved the view! Loved the communication was able to have with the host! The home felt just like a home & was great! Me & my mother & sister loved it! Right on the beach, with a pool as well! Great great food options in the area, all walkable! Transportation distance from the airport isnt so far, its great!
