Quay #2003 10700 Coastal Hwy. Mini-Week Flex turn day check in check out any day Based on Availability ( 3 day min.) Non-Smoking 1,131 Sq. Ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Rents in our mini week with flexible turn day program (minimum of 3 nights) or it can be rented on a weekly basis. Kitchen has all white appliances which were replaced in 2006. There is ceramic tile in dining area, living room, kitchen, and hall way and Berber carpet in the bedrooms. Both bathrooms have been totally remodeled. The living room has 2 sofas, one of which is a queen sleeper, along with new TV, Blue Ray DVD & VCR. The dining table seats 6 and you will find several stools at the counter along with 2 extra chairs for the dining room table. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a 26"TV, and a DVD Player. The second bedroom has one double bed and one twin bed. Washer/Dryer in Unit. Balcony along living room with great northern ocean and bay views. Occupancy 8. Nonsmoking. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, a tennis court, ping pong tables, an arcade game room with pool tables, and free internet access in unit and on the 2nd floor. The Quay charges a non-refundable registration fee upon arrival to the building. Call 410-723-1550 for additional info.

Convenient and nice

Quick minute to the beach, great views of both beach and bay since it faces North, heated pools great for morning/evening swim.. plus a large enough peninsula for everyone to eat around.

Don't waste your money. We have stayed in many places over the past 10 summers in OC MD - this was by far the worst one for the money. Very disappointing. Only plus is the proximity to the beach.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. We have been vacationing in O.C. MD. for over 30 years and I was extremely disappointed in the unit. It was dirty, outdated and poorly furnished. We tried to make grilled cheese sandwiches in a skillet that should have been thrown out a decade ago needless to say they burned. The dryer lint trap was so packed with lint and sand, I'm surprised it didn't catch on fire. The rug in the living room was so packed with sand it stuck to your feet. The walls, doors and bed spreads were filthy, you could feel the bed springs in the mattresses,the drapes were falling down. There was a horrible odor coming from the trash room that permeated the hallway. The building was also dirty. The indoor pool was so cloudy, we didn't even try to get in. We will never rent here again.
