The Villa consists of two separate units, one for guests and one where the owner lives.

The drive to this enchanting location takes you from narrow roads to a gravel driveway flowing down the hill through an olive grove where a flat and spacious car park opens up in front of the western side of the Villa.

GROUND FLOOR
On this side, a private glass door entrance with a front terrace enters a comfortable living & dining room with original terracotta floors. There is a sofa and a fireplace in the living/dining room. The Dining room enters the kitchen, which gives onto a private patio with sitting area. The picturesque bathroom with a small bath has a washing machine.

FIRST FLOOR
The master bedroom is located on the first floor with adjoining WC and shower shared with the second bedroom. This room contains a small double bed.

SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor there is a hallway with single bed giving into a third bedroom with double bed. The hallway room can be used as a single bedroom with its own terrace from which breathtaking views on the Chianti can be enjoyed. The third bedroom is built into the attic and is one of the six rooms in the house with stunning views on the Chianti. Three more single beds are stored there to provide for a total of 10 sleeping spaces.

The promontory tops the olive grove hill carved with a rough country lane accessing the surrounding villas. The house is at the end of the lane with an ample private parking space, countryside and stunning views from the entrance terrace.
