Nestled in quiet and safe Gulf Gate community, walkable to Publix grocery store and 15+ restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and bakeries. Perfect neighborhood for foodies: Enjoy fresh seafood, Italian, French, Mexican, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Sushi, BBQ, Sarasota's #1 cheeseburger (Food + Beer), #1 dessert (Clarabell Cookies), vegan, as well as traditional homestyle cooking, Amish Market, and craft beer and cocktails. Also, plenty of locally owned shops and boutiques. Free and easy transportation (Frog Hop Shuttle) will pick you up or bring you home anywhere around Sarasota and Siesta Key.

Amazing place! Best location and great communication!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, warm, and comfortable home! Quick communication. The beds were so comfortable that I am sad I didn’t look to see the brand before we left. So close to many great restaurants and bars and the most important to Siesta Key Beach. We will definitely be back for another stay at this home away from home!

We had a good overall stay at this VRBO. The home was spacious, and the yard was especially nice—great for relaxing and enjoying some outdoor time. It felt like a solid value for the price.The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even smoother.A couple of small improvements would make the experience even better. The lighting throughout the home could be brighter, and some additional guidance on how to use the temperature control in the add-on room would have been helpful.Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again.

We chose our home because it is in the Gulf Gate neighborhood, only minutes across the Stickney Point bridge from Siesta Key beach.

Tastefully renovated with all the comforts of home. It is so close to the beach, under 5 minutes, and 1.8 miles, making it so convenient. Also, has a beautiful kitchen to eat in or walk to dozens of restaurants and bars, a block away, some of Sarasota’s most popular establishments where all the locals go,
