Our 3-night stay

Here's a summary of our 3-night stay for a party of five: Location & Safety (10/10): The setting is beautiful and feels very safe. We loved the surrounding mountains and citrus trees. Parking (10/10): 5 spaces for cars. Very convenient. Cleanliness & Pests (2/10): This was a major issue. While the home was tidy upon arrival, there was a rodent inside. We found droppings on counters and beds, and the rodent was bold enough to climb on a family member.In addition, the host was also made aware: there was water seeping thru the floor in the smaller, white bathroom. Host Communication (8/10): The host was great with initial check-in information. However, they were unreachable by phone or text after 4:30 PM when we tried to request enough towels for our registered guests. Property Noise: As the host disclosed, events are held very close to the house. We did notify the host through the platform about all the issues we encountered and our decision to leave a day early.

Lovely property The citrus groves and fragrant flowers added to the storybook stay. The cottage was charming and spotless. Plenty of grounds to wander and explore while keeping the children and doggy completely fenced in. We will definitely coming back for a longer stay
