About the host
Hosted by Heather Babinsky

We love to travel. Staying in people's homes across the world has become one of our favorite parts of travelling. When we saw our Rangeley property for the first time we knew immediately that we wanted to purchase it and share it with others. We love to do any outdoor activity from skiing, hiking, swimming to fishing, biking, and exploring new places; being a host is one way we can share this joy with others.
Why they chose this property
Rangeley is the perfect place for anyone that wants to get out and explore or enjoy some peace and quiet. This seven acre property has two homes owned by us that serve as a Basecamp Haven for people who share our love of adventure. Our property is only minutes from our private HOA waterfront beach on Rangeley Lake, downtown Rangely, Saddleback Mountain, and many other rivers, ponds, and hikes to explore. Our home is the perfect basecamp to refuel, refresh, and replenish.
What makes this property unique
Our property feels like you are miles away from anywhere as it is set back in our thick woods. You wake to birds singing, can see turkeys or deer wandering the property and of course listen and watch with anticipation with a chance of seeing a moose or a bear. You can also go out for a nice dinner at a local restaurant or visit one of the many shops down Main Street catch a concert or one of the many activities at Saddleback resort which are all only a few minutes away.
