Large house with 4 floors, huge balcony all around, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles), 3 bathrooms, charming American kitchen and large living room. Union of the bustle of the beach with the tranquility of a place! The house is super quiet and reserved with lots of trees and water everywhere !! It is a great place to relax after a sunny day at the beach. We have two rivers that pass on the property and we have very good and beautiful waterfalls !! The region is super calm and peaceful. The perfect harmony of the excitement, sun and sand with tranquility when returning home. The house is unique, very charming and cozy and reserved, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to get together and socialize !! We have caretakers who stay in a house next door and who can be requested for cleaning or repair when necessary. We are 5 kilometers from the beach of Enseada de São Sebastião. You can go to the beaches of Caraguatatuba, as well as those of São Sebastião and Ilha Bela with easy access and in a short time !!
