The Beachfront Apartment (1st floor) is located in Ocean Sixteen, a gated (new) development with 24 hour security within the private Wyndham Rio Mar Resort.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath, cozy living area with TV, dining area, eat-in kitchen, laundry, and large balcony with views of the golf course and the ocean. The apartment have central A/C, and two assigned parking spaces are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller. Dishes, pots and pans and small kitchen appliances are also available. The first bedroom features a walk-in closet, two queen size beds, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom features one queen size bed with closet and a full bathroom. The apartment has cable basic TV with basic WiFi. For your convenience, the property is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer.

The complex amenities include a private infinity pool with tables, chairs and chaise lounges. The Wyndham Resort is within walking distance which offers Casino, Two Championship Golf Courses (Ocean and River), Tennis Center with 13 clay/hard courts, the famous Mandara Spa, and 11 restaurants and lounges throughout the resort and Water Sports Center.

You can enjoy outlet shopping at The Factory Outlets, and/or regular shopping at other shopping areas.

There are endless dinning possibilities, from casual dining to Steak houses and Japanese Cuisine.

A trip to the Old San Juan, San Juan Metro Area and/or museums and shows is less than a 30 minutes drive, with good roads and expressways.

Location is unparalled!

I rented this oceanfront condo for several weeks in December/January. Loved it. Best feature is the shaded patio looking onto a golf hole and beyond that, the ocean. The beach can be accessed by a short (careful) walk across the golf course.The rental manager was 5 stars -- went above and beyond! My one complaint is that the gate guard leaves that post every hour to patrol the area, and this resulted in the thwarted UPS delivery of vital medications for my daughter. Condo admin. needs to staff up!

Unmatched Beachfront Views and Top-Notch Amenities

We had an absolutely amazing 30-day stay at this beachfront condo! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home—but with the bonus of stunning ocean views and resort-like amenities. The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to super comfortable beds.The pool was a real highlight for us, offering a relaxing retreat with plenty of lounge chairs and sunshine. And the beachfront location? Absolutely unbeatable. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony, watching the waves roll in, and ending our days with a happy hour drink on the beach.Josselyn, our host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free, quickly addressing any questions we had. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions.Overall, this condo was everything we hoped for and more. Fantastic place

Wonderful vacation!

We rented this property during the Thanksgiving holidays. It was perfect. The apartment is beautiful and clean , it has all the amenities you could think of. The location is great, San Juan is only 30 minutes away . There are many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. We loved Don Pepe restaurant for dinner and a nice place called Lluvia for breakfast and lunch. We highly recommend this place. Josselyn was delightful to work with and very informative . Can't wait to go back next year!

Fantastic Apartment, Beautiful Beach

We were delighted with our stay in this nicely decorated condo. We were two couples and stayed four nights in January. Wish we had booked for longer. Privacy for two couples was great with each bedroom separated from the other and each had nice bathrooms with large showers and closets. Kitchen was well equipped and had enough room for multiple people to work on. Living room was comfortable for the four of us to gather for drinks, TV, etc. We spent most of our time on the terrace admiring the beautiful beach and watching the golfers on the 16th hole. We normally lke to stay on a high floor, but in this case, we really enjoyed walking out of the condo and right onto the pathways to the beach. Pools were beautiful but we didn't use because the beach was so great and the ocean water so mild. Resort was very quiet and seemed well staffed with security. We enjoyed walking over to the Wyndham and had drinks and lunch in the bar by the pool. Visited El Yunque which was really near by and did an evening kayak tour in Laguna Grande. A memorable vacation! We hope to return and recommend this condo to others!

Great location, Great Service and Good Place

We stayed the week of Christmas and the location was easy to find with the super detailed instructions we were given. When we got in there was an issue with the internet and it was very quickly fixed for us, which was really nice. The place was clean and the kitchen is excellent, has everything you need to cook meals. The living area is nice and open but the seating area, namely the couch, was super uncomfortable-that could be an easy fix. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and the back bedroom with the double beds was nice and cool. The front bedroom does not have AC so it was damp, humid and everything smelt like mildew, even the bedding. We ending up rotating beds because it was difficult to sleep in the room. It does have a air unit which offered a little relief. Again, an easy fix to make this place the best place ever. The back patio opens to the golf course then beach and the pool is only a few feet away. The villas were very quiet but you only need to walk to one of the larger pools which has more people, but after a few days, we were asked to leave because we were not guests of the main resort. No big deal, as the beach was open to all with lots of available chairs. The main resort had a small gambling area which the men enjoyed, everything was walk able and we always felt safe. This place is right by the rain forest, which we love to visit, and a short drive to snorking/scuba excursions and San Juan (just be sure to watch the normal rush hour traffic.) We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Fantastic!

If you can rent this place, do it. The pictures do not do it justice. We spent a week over Easter/Spring Break in this condo with our 2 teenage boys. The views are amazing and the condo is beautiful with a great location close to the rain forest. We traveled in a group of 19 people, which we do every spring break. The others were in different buildings and our condo was by far the nicest. The only thing that we were disappointed in is that we were under the impression that we could use all facilities in the Wyndam resort, however security approached us as we walked toward the 5 o'clock somewhere bar and questioned us, asked to see wrist bands that we were told the property owners should have provided to us. They did allow us to go to the bar, but said we were not permitted to use the pool. But our building had a pool and the property our friends were staying in had 2 pools, and we were so close to the beach it really didn't matter. Josselyn was easy to deal with and made the check in /check out process simple. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Puerto Rico (which we plan to do).

Great Family Vacation

Spectacular is a good way to describe this place, everything you need and the views are amazing! Josselyn was easy to work with and very helpful with any questions. Plenty of places to eat (Richie's - Don PePe's - 5 o Clock Somewhere) 10 minute drive to Rainforest. A day trip to Old San Juan is a must. Beach is well maintained and the pool is beautiful, clean and only steps from condo. Much Thanks to Josselyn. Will recommend to friends and family.

Gorgeous beach front property!

This was the perfect beach getaway for a Girls' Trip to celebrate my 40th Birthday! The accommodations were very clean and Josselyn was extremely accommodating before AND during our trip. We especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the complex....we literally had the adjacent pool to ourselves! For a quick bite and a more lively crowd, the Rio Mar Resort was a quick walk away (most enjoyable and easy walk along the beach). Most nights we ate in, as we stopped at the local grocery store once we landed. Local stores don't provide all of the luxuries and abundant choices as we're spoiled with in the states, but by packing some of our favorite "snacks" with us, it was just fine. We definitely would love to return to this serene tropical paradise!

Beautiful view!,,

We just returned from our vacation with our 3 adult children. The accommodations were perfect. The place was prettier in person than the pictures. Our view every morning was spectacular! We could not understand why the place was so empty. We went to the public beach at the Wyndham ( 5 min walk) daily and it was beautiful. Unfortunately on the last day they tried to say we needed VIP passes to use the chairs and umbrellas☹️ The infinity pool next door was very nice and quiet. Also the golf prices quoted over the phone doubled once we arrived. That was a disappointment. I would definitely return but would need better recommendations for restaurants. We did not find any restaurants to be anything special. Don't go to Richies! Major disappointment! Hope to get back here soon☀️⛱

What a great place to stay in Puerto Rico!

Thank you Josselyn for your hospitality and letting us experience our stay at your BEAUTIFUL condo! This condo is just as it looks in the pictures. Beautiful views and a great location on the floor level so close to the beach. There is a pool and hot tub very near by, and another pool with hot tub just a bit beyond that is also accessible with great views. The Wyndham Rio Mar resort is within walking distance from beach or paths around the property. The resort has a casino, spa, and beach bar called Five a Clock Some Where Bar with good food and drinks. There are some great restaurants near by that you have to try. Don Pepe's, Ritche's is a great place high on the hill overlooking the ocean and area and they have a shuttle from the Wyndham Resort. Lluvia is also a great place to eat and not far from the condo. This place has great breakfast foods. Their homemade bread is to die for! Just a warning though of the narrow streets and passing of vehicles coming the opposite way. The kiosks at Luquillo are a must also. Great food and atmosphere especially on the weekends. If you go on the weekend, be prepared for the traffic, and getting around because it gets crazy with driving along the kiosk strip area. You must experience LaFamilla Bakery just down the road. They have great baked goods and deli sandwiches. We have been to Puerto Rico 3 times now and use to stay in Isle Verde area, and I can honestly say this is the best so far for experiencing Puerto Rico. The rain forest is so close and the never ending sounds of the coqui frogs are unforgettable. This experience was smooth and and Josselyn was always available for any questions or issues. Would definitely choose Josselyn's place to stay in Puerto Rico again!

Private, great location, and a spectacular beach

Great Location

Location was great, house was so clean and organized. We really enjoyed Beach which was right in the backyard. It had all necessary items for kitchen and Beach, We used outdoor furniture so much. We tell all friends and family about this great place. Activities like Horse back riding, hiking on Rain Forest were so near, nearby Ocean bay for kayaking was good too.

Pleasant and relaxing getaway

This is a beautiful and well-maintained condo in a new building. It is a few minutes walk from the Wyndham Rio hotel and about 50 feet from a beautiful and quiet beach. All the rooms are comfortable and spacious and the kitchen and bathroom amenities are excellent. There are two golf courses at the resort that are fun and challenging, but not as well maintained as others that I have played in PR. I would have given it 5 stars except that the hot tub did not work, and there does not appear to be a system to recycle cans and bottles etc.

Heaven on Earth

I have never seen a more beautiful, tranquil and comfortable vacation spot. The moment I stepped into the apartment, my jaw dropped. The kitchen is modern with multiple ocean views. The dining area is open and would seat a large party easily. The bedrooms are built for royalty. Every morning I woke up to the sound and view of the ocean. It was a shame to leave this island oasis.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

We stayed in this beautiful ocean front condo during Christmas Break with our family of 5 and loved it. It is spacious, well laid out and beautifully decorated. We loved that it was on the 1st floor and opened to a patio outside which was on a golf course just a few hundred feet from the ocean. The pool was nearby and had a hot (warm) tub around the corner. What was especially convenient was that it was a short walk to the Wyndham Rio Mar Hotel, and we did use some of their facilities (car rental, casino, jet skis, restaurants). It is very convenient to hiking in El Yunque and day trips from Fajardo. Our favorite place to eat was Don Pepe's which is about a mile away from the condo. Josselyn was extremely helpful and courteous with all booking arrangements, directions, meeting us upon arrival, and giving suggestions for meals and activities. We have already recommended the property to several friends and would love to stay here again.
