Ultramodern comfortable condo in a new building with panoramic views from two balconies to the ocean, the beach and the city.
Literally one step and you can feel the sand on your toes, Fishing pier with restaurant & sports bar directly on the beach. Heated pool and Jacuzzi. Gym overlooking the beach and the ocean, 24hr security, valet parking, and concierge service. Close to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor, 20 minutes from South Beach, near Turnberry Golf and Country Club and Gulfstream Casino and racetrack.

The suite is professionally decorated with original artwork, fully furnished with luxury European furniture including custom Italian made leather sofa-bad and dining set, flat-screen TV, all pots, pans, kitchen and dining utensils, vine glasses, beach and bath towels, extra pillows, throws and warm comforters.
You stay includes free use of beach launch chairs with cushions and umbrellas. Drink and food service on the beach is available from Newport Beach hotel next door.
The unit has 1 1/2 bathroom (Large Master Bathroom with separate shower and tub, double sink), 2 separate balconies overlooking the ocean. The suite has a maximum capacity of 2 guests, and has a Queen bed in the master bedroom and a sectional sofa sleeper in the Living room.

For reservation longer than 29 night the building requires to do background check and they charge $100 for it.
