This charming, 5-acre, private property boasts 3 lovely bedrooms with new paint and carpet - including 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed, and 1 full bathroom located in the hallway and a 1/2 bathroom located in the primary bedroom.
Sleeps five guests.

This home has a GENERAC whole house generator!

More amenities - Smart TV, heat, A/C, WiFi, dishwasher, gas BBQ, washer/dryer, make your comfort my top priority.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a simple meal, BBQ, or culinary delight!

Whether your kids are playing baseball, or you are exploring nature, soaking in the history, relaxing indoors, or checking out the many eateries, wineries, or breweries, my awesome home provides the perfect "base" for your getaway. Make your holiday one for the books, and "knock it out of the park"!

This home is spotless, modern, and comfortable!

Board games, corn hole boards, and fire pit w/ chairs are all part of the fun.

You will have access to the entire home. Please note, the washer/dryer are located down one flight of steps. Both the front & rear decks have four steps to climb in order to get into the home, but once inside, the kitchen, living room, dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms are all one level!

I've even included a writing desk if you need to log onto your laptop!

The garage and pole building are off limits to guests.

NO PARTIES ARE PERMITTED IN THE HOME OR ON THE PROPERTY (outside surveillance cameras on property - having a party will result in immediate cancellation of contract, authorities will be notified and you will be asked to vacate the home,

Each space is beautifully furnished, bright and clean! I include crisp linens, fresh towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer in an effort to make your packing easier.

Furthermore, I've included a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses and cookware! No need to bring anything except your personal items, clothes, and food!

Greatest VRBO in Cooperstown

This was by far the best VRBO that my family has visited. Laura is the most professional and caring host that we've ever encountered. The house is about 12 minutes from Dreams Park and 10 min from Downtown. The house is very clean and the landscape is also very well taken care of. If we ever make it back to cooperstown, we will be staying here!

Perfect Cooperstown Getaway

I love the Cooperstown area and all that this beautiful county has to offer. We starting camping in this region 15 years ago, and loved it so much, that 7 years later, we bought a home here! I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and my horse, Clover. I look forward to hosting you and your guests, and I know you will love this very comfortable and extremely clean home.

Why they chose this property

I choose this particular area because of the expansive ridge the home is located on. It's 5.5 acres of gorgeous land! The view from the front deck is peaceful and everyone compliments me on it! It's an EASY ride to all the local attractions, with hardly any turns, so it's easy to navigate as you explore!

What makes this property unique

What stands out the MOST about my property is the attention to DETAIL and CLEANLINESS. Along side my cleaning crew, I personally am here each and every time the home is turned over to new guests, and I work just as hard as they do! And...I like to leave cute little gifts for my guests that are hand by hard-working local folks like myself!
